Laura Condeluci is the Data Analyst and International Programs Coordinator at the U.S. Botanic Garden (USBG). In the role, Laura drives organizational excellence by translating complex datasets into actionable insights that inform strategic planning, internal policies, and key performance indicators. As a cross-functional leader and liaison, she coordinates international programs and large-scale projects, ensuring that data-driven decisions align with the mission and values of the USBG.

Since joining the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) in 2010, she has held various leadership roles, including Public Affairs Specialist for the AOC’s Office of Legislative and Public Affairs. In that capacity, she directed executive communications, government relations, and community outreach programs.

Laura previously worked at the USBG as Public Programs Coordinator, with high-profile successes such as managing the global communications strategy for the Garden's 2013 titan arum bloom. Before joining the AOC, Laura spent seven years on Capitol Hill managing press operations in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. She also led communications and event production for the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies.

Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University and is a graduate of the Partnership for Public Service’s Excellence in Government Fellows program. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family.
