Patrick Andriuk, RPA, LEED-AP, CEM comes to the Garden with a wealth of experience and knowledge in energy, facilities, project management, and real estate. He has worked in numerous sectors including healthcare, technology, higher education, and government. His most recent position before the Garden was as Regional Executive Director for Thompson Facilities Services, where he oversaw teams of facility and project managers at Howard University, Tuskegee University, and other historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Old Dominion University. In his free time, Patrick likes to read books, play sand volleyball, and swing dance, which he has performed at the Kennedy Center and for Honor Flight WWII veterans.
