Taking time to enjoy nature and plants has been shown to reduce stress, increase productivity, and improve overall wellness. Come for a relaxing evening experience in the outdoor National Garden. Throughout the tour Alexandra and Claire will intermittently stop for guided stretching and calming exercises. Close out your day re-connecting to nature and your body. Please note: Tour will be held indoors if it rains or in the case of inclement weather.
