Canning Workshop: Crunchy Pickled Cucumbers Two Ways

Do you love a crunchy, snappy pickle? Learn how to make crisp, homemade pickles with cookbook author and Food in Jars blogger Marisa McClellan. Marisa will show you tricks and tips for retaining as much crunch as is possible in home preserved pickles. In the workshop, participants will make two jars of pickles. One will be processed using the low temperature pasteurization process and the other will be designed to be kept in the fridge. All students will go home with the recipe and canning details, as well as a jar of the preserves they made in class that day. Please note: Registration will be limited to 20 participants.
