Planting Design for Homeowners

Once your basic landscape structure is established, creating a planting plan is the next step. In this three week class we will directly observe the many plantings around the U.S. Botanic Garden to help you select and arrange perennials and shrubs for micro-climate, size, color, texture, period of bloom, wildlife value, and more. Be ready for late season plant sales and early fall planting!
